Why we built this
For years these groups ran on notebooks, WhatsApp messages and memory. Members had to ask the organiser what they owed, and nobody could easily check last year's bids. BC Manager replaces that with one shared record: every installment, bid, late fee and notice in one place, visible to the member it concerns.
How we work
- Every group has a written schedule: pool amount, bid day, due day and late fee.
- The monthly bid is recorded in the app the same day it happens.
- Payments go directly to the group's UPI ID and are confirmed by the organiser.
- Members can ask for their own ledger at any time — it is always on their screen.
